Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026Data & Privacy
- When you register, your Torn API key is used only to verify your identity. It is not stored after verification.
- LUBE stores your Torn player ID, in-game name, and profile image URL for the purpose of identifying you as a participant and displaying results. No other personal data is collected.
- Your data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond running the game. You may deregister at any time from the My Bets page, which removes your registration. Historical bet records are retained for result transparency.
Game Rules & Results
- All game results are final. Round outcomes are determined automatically by the system and cannot be reversed or disputed.
- All Xanax sent to the host is non-refundable, including bets that are replaced mid-round, bets that turn out to be invalid, and rounds where the house keeps the entire pool due to no unique winner.
- Bet registration depends on the Torn API and the polling daemon running on schedule. Occasional delays or missed bets are possible due to API downtime or technical issues — these are not grounds for a refund.
- By participating you confirm you have read the rules and understand how bets are counted, how the winner is determined, and what happens when there is no unique winner.
Service
- LUBE is an independent community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Torn City or its developers.
- The service may be paused, modified, or shut down at any time without prior notice. In the event of a shutdown, any open round with bets already placed will be closed and the prize sent before the service goes offline where possible.
- Game rules (house cut, fallback mode, betting mode) may change between rounds. Any upcoming changes are announced on the home page before they take effect.
